Get pre-approval letter
Now that we both know what you want in a home, you need to find out what you can afford. You need to obtain a pre-approval for a loan before we can start looking at properties. With this, you will be able to make an offer immediately when you find a home. The Kelly Domaille Team will help guide you through the pre-approval process. (more)

Find your new home and make an offer
At this point you will have a good idea of what you can afford and the type of area you will want to invest in. Now it’s time to let us put together out list of top Rochester and surrounding area homes which fit your criteria. Then, we can go house hunting, find the perfect one, and make an offer. Our research has shown that the home you fall in love with will be one of the first five we look at. (more)

Property inspection
Once your offer has been accepted, it’s time to inspect the property to make sure you know exactly what you are about to buy. Generally, you will only have a few days to conduct all the inspections. But don’t worry, The Kelly Domaille Team has all the contacts you will need to complete this process in a timely manner. From the home inspector, to the radon tester to the lead-based paint inspector, we will coordinate them all so you can rest easy. (more)

Closing/Settlement
