trust?
You can trust The Kelly Domaille Team. We have compiled a list of local Rochester preferred inspectors who are highly trained professionals. They will thoroughly inspect the home from roof to basement and everywhere in between. They provide photos, check mechanicals, insulation, safety & maintenance issues and compile all their findings into one simple-to-understand report. They will even review this report with you and answer any questions you may have.
After The Kelly Domaille Team has coordinated the inspection and we have the results presented to us, we may find items in need of repair or replacement. In these cases, it may be necessary to get estimates to have this work performed. Again, we will go to our local Rochester Preferred Service Provider List and make these arrangements. If repairs are necessary, we will help adjust the contract terms.
Final loan approval
Now is also the time that The Kelly Domaille team coordinates with your lender for final loan approval based on the property you have selected.
