A solid Midwestern work ethic is no stranger to Kelly Domaille, having been raised by hard working parents from the blue-collar town of Milwaukee, WI. 
Growing up the daughter of a machinist, Kelly’s father often worked 2 jobs to make sure her mother could stay at home and take care of the family until all of the children were in school. At that time, Kelly’s mother went to work full time. Her parents were strong role models who deeply instilled the fact that hard work, honesty, integrity and commitment rule over all and will produce the results that you want. The results speak for themselves…Kelly has a long list of credentials inside and outside of her real estate portfolio.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations/Sales & Journalism, Kelly’s initial ambition was to be a news reporter until a few classes in college sparked an interest in Sales and she knew she had found her true calling. She spent her first year out of college as a recruiter for the University of Wisconsin System and helped high school students weigh the options and advantages of secondary education. She went on to work in the industrial sales arena as a National Account Representative for over 3 years.
In 1995 her career in the real estate industry began. Kelly worked as a mortgage lender for the next 10 years helping others gain a piece of the American dream and truly understanding value of home ownership. After many years of up and down markets, and a few refinance booms in between, Kelly made a natural transition to the “other side” and earned her real estate license in 2004.
Kelly’s first 2 years as a licensed realtor were spent representing the 3rd largest residential builder in Minnesota. These years were FAST and FURIOUS as new construction homes were going up in record numbers. This allowed Kelly to become well versed in what it takes to build a home from the ground up and provide buyers with a keen insight to the basics of a homes structure and how it works.
After joining Keller Williams Premier Realty in 2006, she immediately became one of the top producing agents and was invited to serve on the Agent Leadership Council which she still serves on today. She went on to get certified as a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and has made learning different niches of the real estate world a priority. Kelly says “everyone has unique and special needs. We can’t be specialists in everything, but continually learning provides us the greatest opportunity to help." She has consistently maintained her presence and top production and has grown her team to be one of the top producing teams in the Southeastern Minnesota. Her insight and abilities have allowed her to attain outside leadership roles, such as President of the Byron Area Chamber of Commerce, President of the Diseworth Association and member of the New Member Outreach Committee for the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce.
Kelly and her husband are very well known in the community and taking an active role to “give back” is one of their priorities. They have volunteered both time and donations to Junior Achievement, the Boys & Girls Club, The Ronald McDonald House and many other local organizations and charities. They were instrumental in coordinating over 500 volunteers for the local PGA Nationwide tournament in both 2006 and 2007. Her daughter, Mackenzie, keeps them both active in the youth sports and academic clubs throughout the state.
