Bruce Domaille was born and raised right here in Rochester, MN. No one knows the area and people better than Bruce.
Growing up in a family of four siblings, Bruce’s family values were ingrained at an early age. One brother and sister being 12 and 8 years (respectively) older and another brother 4 years younger created almost two families in one. With Mom and Dad owning an automobile sales and service new car dealership, Bruce’s passion after school turned to helping Dad.
From washing cars to customer service and corporate franchise transactions, Bruce did it all. A bold sense of loyalty and honesty was ingrained through his Dad’s teachings and mentoring...“treat others like you would like to be treated” was his Dad’s mantra. This applied to employees and co-worker as well as customers and clients alike. Throughout his tenure, Bruce excelled in

Twenty-five years later, after working in and studying every position available throughout the car dealership business, he chose to sell the automobile legacy for a new career path, Real Estate. Bruce was about to find out how similar these two industries were and the unlimited potential he would have in creating a successful real estate Team.
Luckily for Bruce, his wife, Kelly, already had a jump-start in the real estate industry (a long tenure was more like it!) Being a mortgage loan officer for many years then transitioning to the real estate sales side, Kelly’s 12-year head start was all Bruce needed to tap into to get their business started.
With Kelly’s extensive customer service and industry expertise and Bruce’s knowledge and experience of running a successful business, they joined forces to create a Team of highly trained, client-focused real estate agents dedicated to exceeding client expectations while holding themselves to the highest ethical and moral standards.
